Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through beachbioresearch.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Research use only

Everything we sell is for laboratory research, analytical testing, and educational use by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

They are not for human or veterinary use. We cannot give medical, clinical, dosing, or personal-use guidance, and nothing on this site should be read as any of those things.

Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old and buying for legitimate research purposes. At checkout you confirm that your order is for scientific and research use only. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of what you buy lawfully and safely, and for meeting any rules that apply where you work. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully receive these materials at your address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Shipping and handling is $9.99 per order, and South Carolina sales tax applies to products at the rate for your delivery address.

Square processes payments. Card details go directly into Square's secure form — we never receive or store your full card number. Your price quote is valid for 15 minutes; after that, stock and totals are checked again.

Stock and availability

Stock is checked live and again before payment. If an item sells out between adding it to your cart and paying, we will tell you before taking any money.

Delivery

We deliver by local courier within eligible Horry County ZIP codes. See our shipping policy for coverage and timing.

Returns

All sales are final. See our returns policy, including how we handle damaged, missing, or incorrect orders.

Limits of liability

Products are supplied as described in the catalog listing and nothing more. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for how products are used after delivery.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we collect when you order or get in touch, and who processes it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
