When you contact Beach Bio Research through the website form, email, or SMS, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address or phone number, organization, service area, inquiry type, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, protect the form from abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Service providers
Cloudflare processes technical request information and Turnstile verification data to protect the form. Amazon Web Services processes and delivers the resulting email through Amazon SES. Email and mobile carriers may process communications you choose to send. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, business records, security, and legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information. We may disclose it to service providers or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact-form information by emailing[email protected]. Some records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security and recordkeeping.
