Inquiry and order privacy

When you contact Beach Bio Research through the website form, email, or SMS, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address or phone number, organization, service area, inquiry type, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, protect the form from abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Service providers
When you order online, we collect your contact details, shipping address, items, and order total to process and fulfill the purchase. Square processes payments and stores order and fulfillment records. Card details are entered directly into Square’s secure payment form; we do not receive or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts checkout records used to confirm orders and prevent duplicate payments. Your browser stores your cart and an opaque payment reference so an interrupted checkout can be recovered. These browser records do not contain your card details or shipping address.
Cloudflare processes technical request information and Turnstile verification data to protect the form. Amazon Web Services processes and delivers the resulting email through Amazon SES. Email and mobile carriers may process communications you choose to send. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
During checkout, Google Maps Platform receives the address entered in the address lookup and the delivery address submitted for validation. It provides address suggestions and USPS CASS-compatible validation; we use the resulting standardized address to prepare the order. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral information, and identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies. You can limit this collection through your browser's privacy and cookie controls.
Order receipts and notifications
After payment, we retain a receipt with your order items, totals, contact details, and delivery address. We email it to you and send the order details to our fulfillment inbox using Amazon SES. Your receipt link is private; anyone with the complete link can view it. Receipt pages do not load Google Analytics.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, business records, security, and legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information. We may disclose it to service providers or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact-form information by emailing hello@beachbioresearch.com. Some records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security and recordkeeping.
