Shipping and delivery
Effective September 12, 2026
We deliver by local courier. Every order costs a flat $9.99 in shipping and handling, charged once no matter how many items you order.
How long it takes
We package your order and hand it to our courier within 24 hoursof your payment clearing. Your delivery arrives within 72 hoursof your order.
You will get an email confirming your order as soon as it is paid, and we will be in touch if anything about your delivery needs to change.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Horry County, South Carolina. Checkout confirms your address is eligible before it takes any payment, so you will never be charged for an address we cannot reach. Post office boxes are fine.

That is 20 eligible ZIP codes in total. If your address falls outside them,get in touch and we will tell you what we can do.
Tax and fees
South Carolina sales tax applies to products only, at the rate for your delivery address. The $9.99 courier fee is not taxed. You will see the full breakdown — products, tax, and shipping — before you pay.
How your order arrives
Except for Bacteriostatic Water, which is a liquid, every item ships as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in a sealed vial.
