# Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through beachbioresearch.com.

## Research use only

All catalog items are for qualified laboratory, analytical, or educational research only. For scientific and research use only. Beach Bio Research does not provide medical, dosing, administration, or personal-use guidance.

Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary use.

## Who can buy

Buyers must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for legitimate research purposes. Checkout requires confirmation that the order is for scientific and research use only. Beach Bio Research may decline or cancel any order.

## Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for lawful and safe handling, storage, use, and disposal, and for confirming they may lawfully receive these materials at their address.

## Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. Shipping and handling is $9.99 per order. South Carolina sales tax applies to products. Square processes payments; full card numbers are never received or stored. Price quotes are valid for 15 minutes.

## Stock, delivery, and returns

Stock is checked live and again before payment. Delivery is by local courier to eligible Horry County ZIP codes — see the [shipping policy](https://beachbioresearch.com/shipping/). All sales are final — see the [returns policy](https://beachbioresearch.com/returns/).

## Limits of liability

Products are supplied as described in the catalog listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
