# Returns and refunds

**All sales are final.** Returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Once research material leaves Beach Bio Research custody there is no way to confirm how it was stored or handled, so it cannot be returned to stock or resold.

## What is put right

Contact us within **7 days** of delivery if:

- An item arrives damaged, leaking, or with a compromised seal.
- The wrong item or wrong quantity arrived.
- Part of the order is missing.
- The order has not arrived within 72 hours.

The item will be replaced or refunded, whichever the customer prefers.

## Orders not yet dispatched

An order that has not yet gone to the courier can usually be cancelled and refunded in full. Once it is with the courier, the final-sale policy applies.
